In order for two dragons to have a clutch of eggs, they must adhere to these guidelines.
-There must be either a mother or a father present, alive, and active to have a clutch of eggs. The other parent is allowed to be an NPC. If you want to make a dragonet with both parents as NPCs, you can apply him or her as a newborn dragonet
-The players of both parents must be aware of and agreed in their characters having eggs
-There is no need for a conception thread
-The mother must be roleplayed as 'with egg' for at least two weeks before they are laid
-Both parents must be over 9 years old.
