The first thing we need before we can really get the plot moving is rulers for each of the tribes. RULES -Your character must be female -Your character must be 7 years old or older -You must not already have a royal character (With the potential to inherit the throne) You can be more detailed if you like, though. I'm not going to be very picky, but I won't choose you if your character is dull and uninventive. The application must be at least 50 words long but try to go above 100 words if you can. Show me why you want to be queen and make me want your character to be queen. [So, I decided to write in first person, instead of third. I know we talked about their being a thread for to-be accepted characters, but I decided to post here instead.]
Who are you? I'm Queen Tanzanite, obviously. Haven't you heard of me? I'm the queen of the IceWings and to put it simply, the best.
How old are you? Well, that's quite rude! Though, if you really have to know, I'm 14 years old. Yes, I know I'm young, but really.
Can you describe your personality? That's rather difficult to do, after all, I might see myself differently than others do. I'll be honest so long as you don't tell a soul, though, so let's see. I'm rather rude to those I don't know very well and I try to act important. I'm more of a think before you speak lady, instead of straight out charging into situations. I see myself as better than most others, though my citizens will forever have my support. I respect the other queens, though I do believe they try a bit too hard at gaining peace. If we all just stick to ourselves, it would honestly go much better. Not that I'm into war or anything. I'm very proper, and find things that fall outside of tradition unnecessary. I was raised in the old ways, and despite being part of the new generation, I find no reason for them to change. I am open to well-thought out plans, but only if they are given with a proper pitch on how it will be done.
What do you look like? You can see my now, can you not? Fine. I am the average silver-white IceWing, with very dark blue eyes. The inner membrane of my wings, base of my horns and spikes, and the scales on my stomach are a very faint pink, so light you can only see it when the light shines on them. I am average sized, with slightly irregular shaped horns.
View on Being Queen My View on Being Queen? It's the best! I get to sit in a throne and pitch my ideas to a committee, who then helps me decide what to do. I also get to look down on anyone rude to me and calmly tell them to get out before my guards come for them, but that's not the point.
OOC responses Plot ideas Since it's just the two of us rn, I don't really have anything, but later on, we could do something with someone dragon(s) in her committee manipulating her into war or something, since she's relatively young and looks up to those older than her.
Thoughts about being queen She really likes it. She's a good queen and cares about her people, though she is a bit distant from them, choosing instead to watch from outside. Tanzanite doesn't go outside often and relies on others telling her what is happening.

An Exclusive Interview with Sunburst on Pyrrhia PodcastSo, hello there Sunburst! I see you've decided to attend the Queens' Tryouts, hmm?"Get onto the questions before I change my mind. Please." Sunburst's voice is sharp, slightly annoyed even. Of course! Let's start with the first one. The basics, of course - name, tribe, gender?"You invited me here, did you not?" Sunburst sounds put out, but sighs. "Very well, I shall oblige. I'm Sunburst. A female SkyWing." Wonderful! How would you describe your appearance?The SkyWing huffs, but is silent for a moment, clearly thinking how to phrase her sentences. "I am a slightly small SkyWing with bright orange scales with hints of yellow at the underbelly and stomach scales. I have jewel-bright amber eyes and long black curved horns. I have large wings like most SkyWings, and have paler orange wing undersides. The spikes on my spine are also black and I have a black nose-spike on my thin snout." A crown would certainly fit you! Next, how old are you?Sunburst is clearly truly annoyed at this question. "Seriously, do you believe that I am old bones? I am only 26 years!" Calm down, m' lady! Sunburst lapses into thought again before answering. "Well, I am definitely a pessimist, and I would say I'm clever and strict. I'm also ambitious. If I'm queen, I'll be the best SkyWing queen, I'll try at least. My patience is a little low, nd I'm competitive, no other kingdom can be better than the Sky Kingdom. With all those mountains and goats and infinite skies!" Can you keep describing your personality please?"Yes, of course. As for my bad side, well, I do not care about fighting or battle, as long as my tribe is on the winning side. I could be described as crafty, which is true. I'll also do anything to make sure that SkyWings do not become extinct. I'll defend my home to my last breath and I'm not afraid to go in battle. I'll enforce laws and anyone who disobeys them will be imprisoned. I'm not ruthless or bloodthirsty, disobedient dragons would have a trial to determine whether they shold be executed, freed or forever imprisoned. Of course, some changes will be needed ifthat's the case. There's a famine going on, and hunger is expected since it's the middle of winter - but not like his. There is a shortage of food in the Sky Kingdom and barely any prey roaming in the land. SkyWings quickly begin dyingbout and Sunburs realises she needs help, something hard for her pride to do. She goes to her nearest kingdom, the SeaWings/Mudwings, and asks for extra food. They reluctantly oblige. Even so food begins running out even faster asit proceeds into spring, something especially strange. Puzzled Sunburst gathers a few select ragons to go with her to find out the cause of the hunger, leaving therest of the royal family in charge of the Sky Kingdom while she's away. The journey's long and hard, and one dragon dies due to hypothermia as they venture into the north of the Kingdom. Eventually, they find a group of outcast SkyWings, living in the boreal forest, hoarding prey and throwing them into the sea after a day. Thoughts On Being Queen (OOC)Never rp'ed a High Rank before, but there's a first for evrything!  Plot ideas: WAR. As stated in her personality she could be manipulated or a small insult could lead her to war. She's the evil and crazy queen who is only reigned back by her adviser. But if he were killed... Thoughts about being queen: She thinks being queen has a cool status, but she wishes she could go out more and tear things apart herself. But instead, she must be content with torturing dragons in her palace *sigh*. She likes how much respect she is given and knows she has worked hard to get where she is. Though she still likes being around the commoner dragons, especially the fighters. |
