YOU MUST HAVE READ THIS TO APPLY FOR A SEAWING CHARACTER! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE WINGS OF FIRE SERIES.
Appearance
SeaWings are compact and short in height with long, powerful tails. They have curved horns, a slender snout, and two barbels under their jaw. Their tongues are forked and pink or red, though it isn't uncommon for them to be unforked. SeaWings have webbed spines from the back of their necks to the tip of their tails, as well as a smaller line from the middle of the neck to the bottom of the chest. They have hooked claws with webbed talons to enable easier swimming. They have gills on the sides of their necks, so they can breathe underwater. SeaWing's scales are usually blues and greens. Black spiraling patterns or webbed membranes may also be seen. Their eyes range from blue to green to purple, though they do not necessarily match their scales. SeaWings have bioluminescent stripes along their faces, bodies and wings, which they can light up at will and use to communicate underwater.
SeaWings descended from royalty have a bioluminescent spiral, talonprint, and starburst pattern under their wings, while most others solely have small starbursts. Though rare, SeaWings can have indigo, silvery-blue, or pink scales.

(General) Demeanor
(Note that every dragon is different and therefore there will inevitably be exceptions)
SeaWings are known for being the most artistic of the seven tribes. It is known that they have schools, which implies that generally they are intelligent dragons. Most citizens seem content and do not have overly aggressive attitudes, though they treat prisoners and traitors harshly. They are generally peaceful but will fight if confronted. Many consider the other tribes 'barbaric' due to the lack of art and science. They are respectful allies and are kind as a whole to most of their citizens. SeaWings are creative and enjoy stories, though some do not pay much attention to the other tribes.
Abilities
SeaWings have gills, night vision, and powerful tails to help them swim. They can breathe and see under water easily and use their talons, wings, and tails to swim. Their claws are curved like fishhooks in order to more easily latch on to prey and their tails can be used to batter opponents or create huge waves. Physical wounds, like burns, can be healed by ocean water, and can be numbed by water. Bioluminescent stripes on their bodies glow, and each combination means something different in Aquatic- their secret language. When dehydrated, SeaWings will go mad, appearing insane and with barely any consciousness of their actions. SeaWings will ride currents to travel the ocean faster, and prefer to alternate between swimming and flying when traveling long distances. Animus magic is present in the royal blood line, and their are no rules dictating how uch one can use. Animus dragons are often closely controlled by the queen of the tribe.
Creation/roleplay guidelines
-SeaWings do not have to be artistic, but the trait is valued in their society and common to the tribe.
-SeaWings are average size, and have very powerful tails, and a lot of battle training. When it comes to battle, they are dangerous adversaries.
-Royal SeaWings have a low chance of hatching with animus powers. If you have permission to create an animus dragon, you may do it with a royal SeaWing.
-SeaWings need contact with water at least once every few days in order to keep their mood and health at their best. If they go too long without water, there is a chance for them to go insane.
